11 albums & more than 400 shows in 22 countries on 3 continents calls for celebration.
In 2014 it is 20 years since the bands Windir and Ulcus were established in ”Fjøsen”/”The barn” in Sogndal, and its also marks the 10 years anniversary for Vreid. Hváll, Steingrim, Sture & Strom whom are Vreid today, have all played and been composers in all 3 bands. To celebrate 2 decades of homebrewed metal, they now have gathered the Sognabrigade to assembly in 2014. It will be an exclusive performance where they will perform songs from all 3 bands and cover their discography from past to present with guests from their history. Karmøygeddon & Hellfest is already conquered and in August Wacken awaits. In October this show will be exclusive performed at some selected shows though Europe. After this tour there are no further plans to do more shows with this performance. Vreid are simultaneously working on a new album, set to be released in 2015.

Elekrik Solutions gratulerer Oslo Konserthus med nye bevegelige lamper. Vi er stolte over å kunne fortelle at valget falt på Clay Paky.
Etter flere tester og shootout`s med konkurrerende merker var valget enkelt å ta for lysmestrene Eivind Hermann og Kristoffer Silden. «Clay Paky var definitivt de beste lampene vi testet. Valget falt på 18 stk Alpha Spot HPE 1500, 4 stk Alpha Profile 1500 og 18 stk B-eye K20» forteller Kristoffer Silden, før Eivind Hermann fortsetter, «De andre konkurrerende merkene var ikke i nærheten av det vi fikk frem i Clay Paky lampene. Det var ingen andre som hadde det samme utvalget i goboer, zoom-egenskaper eller optikk som Clay Paky 1500-serien. Og vi må ikke glemme B-EYE K20! Jeg har ikke sett noen LED-lampe som er sterkere enn K20 for øyeblikket. Lysstyrken sammen med den roterende linsen, det gigantiske macrobiblioteket og fantastiske wash-egenskaper er det for øyeblikket ikke en lampe som er i nærheten av hva denne lampen kan prestere.»
Oslo Konserthus ligger i bydelen Vika og har siden åpningen i 1977 vært en ledende arena i norsk kultur- og musikkliv med et bredt tilbud til hele befolkningen. Verdens fremste artister og orkestre besøker jevnlig huset. Konserthuset presenterer rundt 300 arrangementer årlig.

The 3. of september would have been Valfar´s 35th birthday. We are exited to tell you that in 2014 we will celebrate our fallen brother, 20 years of music, madness and comradeship. This one is for all of you that have supported us through 2 decades. See you in 2014.

Slottsfjellfestival 2013 gikk av stabelen 18-20 Juli, og tradisjonen tro leverte undertegnede Kastellscenen på toppen av fjellet.
Scenen fikk besøk av gamle helter som Bad Religion og Immortal, og Slottsfjell viser at de virkelig begynner å få taket på booking av musikk som nødvendigvis ikke er for massene. Flere store navn og mye gode terningkast. Festivalen ble avsluttet av Susanne Sundfør med en meget god midnattskonsert.

Lørdag 1. Juni feiret Kreftforeningen sitt 75 år-jubileum med kongelig festkonsert i Oslo Konserthus. Forestillingen ble besøkt av Kronprins Haakon, Helse og omsorgsminister Jonas Gahr Støre, samt en rekke kjente artister. Jubileet ble feiret med TV-sendt forestilling, som vises på TV2 Lørdag 8. Juni
